These Terms govern your use of the By Cre8tive Client Portal (the "Portal"), a private client-management tool made available to By Cre8tive's social media management clients. By signing in, you agree to these Terms.

Access

Accounts are created and issued by By Cre8tive. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

Connected accounts

Connecting a YouTube or TikTok account through Settings grants the Portal read-only access to that account's analytics, solely to display them back to you in your own dashboard. You can revoke this access at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

The Portal is for managing your own social media performance data. Don't use it to access data you don't have rights to, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
